Lovely Art Nouveau antique (late 19th C.) hollow sterling silver wax seal wonderfully decorated in the repoussé technique featuring a scroll and floral motif. The round matrix (stamp) is engraved with a 'CEB' in fancy script. Top of the handle has a empty plaque which would be perfect for a monogram.
